WELCOME TO GARDENS CROSSFIT
We help develop positive relationships and bonds through the fitness and sport of CrossFit. We are the only licensed affiliate in Palm Beach Gardens practicing CrossFit principles and foundations, consisting of constantly varied, functional movements performed at higher intensities. We incorporate all 10 recognized fitness domains: cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, speed, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We use this methodology to motivate you with safety and intensity.
At GCF we teach on all levels, basic to advanced, using functional exercises, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, medicine balls, dumbbells, gymnastic movements & rings, running, rowing, jump roping, tire flips, rope climbs, and sled pulls & pushes. CrossFit is for anyone, seriously! Any age, any ability, anybody will make a great CrossFitter! We scale our workouts to your abilities, so your grandmother could do the same workout as a collegiate athlete, in the same class! That’s why we love it so much!
